Project overview

This project was located in Oakhurst, CA. This project consisted of the complete renovation to an existing 4,500 square foot building to serve as a future rural medical center. The site work consisted of the complete demolition of all existing infrastructure including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and finish items. The new construction included new mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical and communication systems. The new finishes included plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, paint, doors and hardware. The interiors included six (6) examination rooms, two (2) nurse’s stations, interior office space and an Imaging Center. Cooper Chase acted as the General Contractor on this project self-performing all concrete activities.
