Project overview
This project was located in Lompoc, CA. This project consisted of the installation of CMU site walls, concrete footings and manufactured stone veneer. The CMU walls contained 2,782 units of block with 315 square feet of footings and 4,800 square feet of stone veneer along with 600 linear feet of cast stone caps and column trim. Cooper Chase Construction was a Prime Trade Contractor, acting as a subcontractor, self-performing all masonry and concrete work.
