Facility Upgrades FHL Bldgs. 205, 207, 208 & 230

Project overview

This project was located within Army Reserve Base Fort Hunter Liggett, CA. This project consisted of the upgrades to Soldiers laundry facilities housed on each floor of a three (3) story barracks. There were four (4) buildings in all. Our task was to expand an existing area that previously had space for four (4) washing machines and four (4) drying machines into a space that would receive eight (8) washing machines and eight (8) drying machines. The infrastructure to double the capacity of these areas included the up sizing of all utilities including hot and cold water domestic piping, increased sewer sizing, increased venting and ventilation, new lighting, fire alarm systems and flooring.
