Project overview

This Project was located in Kerman, CA. This project consisted of the complete renovation to an existing 5,000 square foot building to serve as a future rural Dental Office. The site work consisted of asbestos abatement, demolition of all existing infrastructure including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and all finish items. The new construction consisted of new mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical and communication systems. The new finishes included plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, dental chairs and equipment, painting, doors and hardware. All concrete activities were self-performed.
