Project overview
This project was located in Reedley, CA and was a security sensitive project involving the upgrading of the KMJ Radio Transmitters for the FEMA Emergency Broadcast System. This project consisted of earth moving activities to create building pads and roads for future structures, concrete foundations, and precast structures, new electrical and control systems, fuel piping, emergency generating systems and a 6,000 gallon fuel tank. All concrete activities were self-performed.
