Willow Springs II Apartments

project overview

This project was located in Goleta, CA at the Willow Springs II Apartments. This project consisted of the installation of CMU retaining walls, privacy walls and concrete footings. The retaining walls consisted of 4,850 units of 8′ block with 160 CY of concrete for footings. The 600 lineal foot privacy wall consisted of 8,450 units of 8′ block with 112 CY of concrete for footings. Cooper Chase Construction acted as a subcontractor on this project, self-performing all masonry and concrete work.
